Made-to-Order Production Time All Tennis Scoreboards are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order is dispatched. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide for free.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping We ship to 27 countries worldwide. Please get in touch for a quote. Estimated international delivery is 7–21 business days after dispatch. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items If your scoreboard arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a to make it right. We do not accept returns for change of mind on made-to-order items.
